Online Audits
User-friendly online tools help homeowners prioritize potential retrofits. With upfront screening, we’re able to determine which participants will gain the most benefit from our programs. By establishing relationships with these participants, we can assist them in making additional energy-saving improvements rather than settling for a one-time participation experience.

In-Home Audits
We offer comprehensive in-home assessments along with customized savings estimates. The friendly “kitchen table” energy bill review allows homeowners to connect savings estimates with their actual history of energy use, as we work together to determine what changes can help lower those bills and improve comfort.

Whole-Home Retrofits
PECI offers a comprehensive, whole-house approach to home improvement that results in better energy efficiency, greater comfort and lower energy bills. PECI’s audit process offers homeowners customized improvement options. We partner with local contractors and connect them with homeowners to achieve the greatest energy savings for their investment.

Home Energy Score
As co-developers of the Energy Performance Score, PECI and its programs are paving the way for a nationwide energy labeling initiative – the Home Energy Score. The HES is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy and will allow homeowners and homebuyers throughout the nation to assess and compare the energy performance of homes. It will also provide information on the energy savings associated with optional upgrades.
