The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is a federal agency under the U.S. Department of Energy. BPA aims to be a national leader in providing high reliability and low rates consistent with sound business principles, responsible environmental stewardship, and accountability to the region.
Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc.
Energy Trust of Oregon is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Oregonians invest in energy efficiency and generate clean renewable energy. Energy Trust serves customers of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural and Cascade Natural Gas.
Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance
The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) creates and manages cost-effective market transformation efforts in the states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. NEEA focuses on developing new energy-efficient technologies and providing marketing and training resources across sectors.

The Southwest Energy Efficiency Project (SWEEP) is promoting greater energy efficiency in a six-state region that includes Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. This is a high growth region where energy efficiency efforts have been lagging compared to other regions.
