PECI Selected as Top 100 Non-Profit to Work for in Oregon

Oregon Business recognizes Portland-based energy efficiency solutions company for the
second time this year.
 
PECI, a leader in the field of energy efficiency solutions, has been recognized as one of the 100 Best Large Nonprofit Companies to Work For in Oregon by Oregon Business Magazine. PECI ranked 24th on this year’s list of large non-profits, which included those with 50 or more employees. This is the first year PECI took part in the magazine’s survey of Oregon nonprofit organizations.
 
Nearly 5,500 employees at 170 nonprofits throughout the state participated in the project. Survey participants ranked satisfaction and importance of workplace qualities in six categories: benefits and compensation; work environment; decision-making and trust; performance management; career development and learning; and sustainable workplace practices.
 
This recognition comes on the heels of PECI’s selection as one of the Top 100 Green Companies. PECI is one of the few companies that have appeared on Oregon Business’ Top Green Companies list for all three years since the magazine began the project.
