PECI Receives Two Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Integration Awards

HVAC tune-up program receives recognition for second year in a row

PECI, a leader in the field of energy efficiency solutions, received two Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Integration Awards in recognition of its AirCare Plus Program. The awards were announced at PG&E’s annual regional sales meeting.

The PG&E Integration Awards are presented to third party programs who have delivered excellent customer service and strong client partnership. AirCare Plus was selected from a group of more than 100 programs that were considered for the awards. This marks the second year in a row that AirCare Plus has been recognized.

“For five years running, AirCare Plus has played an instrumental role in helping PG&E commercial customers lower their HVAC energy costs,” said Kiazi Malonga, PG&E Program Manager. “Programs, such as AirCare Plus, should be commended for their ability to deliver significant energy savings while keeping the customer’s upgrade costs to a minimum. PECI has worked with PG&E to offer the AirCare Plus program to small-to-medium commercial customers since 2006, delivering a total estimated energy savings of more than 61 million kWh. AirCare Plus is a comprehensive program designed to optimize the performance of all major energy-using components of commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units.
