Session Formats
The Roundtable format uses small break-out groups to promote interactive and in-depth discussions of topics and ideas. Roundtable presenters need to introduce their topic and then facilitate the discussion. Presenters will be asked to report the outcomes from their roundtable to the conference manager.
Panel Discussions provide the opportunity for a facilitator and up to four panelists to discuss and share ideas on a given topic. This is a discussion between the panelists but should include plenty of time for questions and comments from the audience.
Individual Presentations will require speakers to provide a 30 minute presentation, followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. In the Advanced Technical Conference Track, speakers will present for 60 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
Co-presentations require working with another speaker to provide either two 30 minute complementary presentations or one 60-minute integrated presentation, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. Co-presenters are expected to work with one another to determine which format to use. Preference will be given to provider/owner co-presenters.
