Explore the retrocommissioning (RCx) process in a team environment. During this full-day, interactive workshop you’ll collaborate with peers while examining the key tasks performed by retrocommissioning providers. Small working groups will conduct exercises designed to illustrate actual activities performed during the RCx process, including:
• Developing a RCx plan
• Conducting the RCx investigation and analysis of:
• System diagram/pump tests
• Pump impeller trim
• Reset control modification
• Economizer control modification
• Implementation activities
• Developing an enhanced sequence of operations and persistence plan
You’ll leave this workshop with an in-depth understanding of the RCx process from project planning through hand-off, as well as strategies for maintaining the benefits of the process over the life of the building.
