This session will feature a brief introductory presentation on the retrocommissioning of the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa. It will summarize the program that was utilized and discuss the various measures that will result in substantial energy cost reductions, enhanced performance, and increased occupant comfort.
Following the presentation, participants will be given a tour of the hotel. Highlights will include the chiller plant, mechanical rooms and systems, and the building automation system.
