Welcome to the PECI Public Referral Rewards Program! At PECI, our innovative spirit and passion for what we do leads us to continually push the boundaries of energy efficiency. This work requires special knowledge, skills, and the best talent.To help in recruiting and hiring exceptional professionals, we applied our innovative thought to our recruiting process and established the PECI Public Referral Rewards Program.Call it a ‘thank you’ to people outside of PECI that refer a successfully hired candidate, or just call it $1,000 cash in your pocket.We’re out to hire the best-of-the-best and we want your help to do it!
How it works:
- Search for qualifying positions. To search, enter “PRRP” in the “Description Keywords” field.
- Download and complete the Public Referral Rewards Program Submittal Form.
- Email the completed form and the resume of the candidate you are referring to: HRrecruiter@peci.org. Please include “PRRP Referral” in the subject line of the email. Please note that your submittal will not be eligible if the candidate you are referring applies directly for the position.
