PECI is growing, and because we like to be close to our clients and their customers, we now have multiple offices allowing us to extend our reach. We proudly incorporate energy-efficient features into the workplace so that each office stands as a living, breathing representation of our ongoing mission.

Portland, Oregon Headquarters
The PECI headquarters at First & Main was developed in 2010 and awarded LEED® Platinum certification by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The building is a living lab for our energy-saving efforts. It offers a host of green features, including an eco-terrace, insulated low-e glass windows, a high-efficiency HVAC system and daylight dimming mechanisms to reduce lighting loads.

San Francisco, California
Our San Francisco office opened April 2010 and is currently located in a LEED Gold building that won the 2012 BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Earth Award for the greenest commercial building in all of San Francisco.

Santa Ana, California
Our Santa Ana office opened in July 2011 and is located in Griffin Towers in South Coast Metro's MacArthur Place. The building is an ideal location for business, with has immediate access to the Coast Mesa Freeway (SR-55) and San Diego Freeway (I-405) and is only one mile from John Wayne Airport (SNA).
