Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc.
Energy Trust of Oregon is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to energy efficiency and renewable energy development. The mission of Energy Trust is to change how Oregonians produce and use energy by investing in efficient technology and renewable resources that save dollars and protect the environment.

Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) creates and manages cost-effective market transformation efforts in the states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. NEEA focuses on developing new energy-efficient technologies and providing marketing and training resources across sectors.

Northwest Power and Conservation Council
The Northwest Power and Conservation Council develops and maintains a regional power plan as well as a fish and wildlife program to balance the Northwest's environmental and energy needs.

Regional Technical Forum
The Regional Technical Forum (RTF) is an advisory committee to the Northwest Power and Conservation Council, established in 1999 to develop standards with which to verify and evaluate conservation savings.

Bonneville Power Administration
