Energy Trust of Oregon is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to energy efficiency and renewable energy development. The mission of Energy Trust is to change how Oregonians produce and use energy by investing in efficient technology and renewable resources that save dollars and protect the environment.
Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance
The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) creates and manages cost-effective market transformation efforts in the states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. NEEA focuses on developing new energy-efficient technologies and providing marketing and training resources across sectors.
Northwest Power and Conservation Council
The Northwest Power and Conservation Council develops and maintains a regional power plan as well as a fish and wildlife program to balance the Northwest's environmental and energy needs.
Regional Technical Forum
The Regional Technical Forum (RTF) is an advisory committee to the Northwest Power and Conservation Council, established in 1999 to develop standards with which to verify and evaluate conservation savings.
Bonneville Power Administration
The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is a federal agency under the U.S. Department of Energy. BPA serves the Pacific Northwest through its operation of an extensive electricity transmission system and by marketing wholesale electrical power at cost from federal dams. BPA aims to be a national leader in providing high reliability and low rates consistent with sound business principles, responsible environmental stewardship, and accountability to the region.

Oregon Office of Energy
This office protects Oregon's environment by saving energy, developing clean energy resources, and cleaning up nuclear waste. To encourage investments in energy efficiency and conservation, the office offers loans, tax credits, information, and technical expertise to households, businesses, schools, and governments.
