ENERGY STAR New Homes
Through training and incentives, the ENERGY STAR New Homes program works with builders and consumers to build, promote, and sell ENERGY STAR certified new homes, and multi-family and mixed-use developments throughout Energy Trust’s service territory in Oregon.
