ThermWise Appliance Rebate Program
The Questar ThermWise Appliance Rebate Program drives increased consumer awareness and long-term market transformation for ENERGY STAR® and high-efficiency natural gas products through the use of consumer rebates. With rebates of up to $750, Utah homeowners are able to offset the purchase and installation of high efficiency natural gas appliances and heating equipment, resulting in energy bill savings.
Current measures offered to customers include ENERGY STAR qualified clothes washers, high-efficiency gas dryers with moisture sensors, high-efficiency storage and tankless water heaters, high-efficiency residential boilers, and solar-assisted gas water heating systems. The Program is delivered through the local retail and distributor channels.
New for 2008, the ThermWise Multifamily Rebate Program allows condominium owners and tenants of multifamily properties (five or more units) to benefit from living more efficiently. Current measures offered include ENERGY STAR qualified clothes washers, high-efficiency clothes dryers, storage, tankless and solar assisted water heaters, high-efficiency residential boilers, replacement windows and insulation.
