Commercial Real Estate Efficiency (CREE)
Commercial Real Estate Efficiency (CREE) by ConservationWise from Xcel EnergySM helps customers increase energy efficiency and net operating income by providing technical and financial support that identifies energy efficiency opportunities, and helps customers earn rebates for energy efficiency improvements.
For participating buildings, CREE provides incentives for up to 50% of a preliminary report and full investigative study conducted by qualified Technical Services Providers. The Program identifies both retrofit and retrocommissioning opportunities and helps building owners understand the financial benefits of energy efficiency measures through Real WinWin’s NOI Builder™.
PECI provides support to Real WinWin to oversee the quality control and quality assurance process for the investigative studies conducted through the program.
