Cost-effective and reliable, retrocommissioning is increasingly recognized as a way to achieve energy savings, reduce carbon emissions, and improve occupant comfort in existing buildings. PECI has emerged as an industry leader in the retrocommissioning field because we design and implement large-scale programs that deliver results. Case in point, our 2004-05 San Diego Retrocommissioning Program pilot. Its success led to the large portfolio of programs PECI currently manages. As our Programs grow, we leverage our experience, learning, and development opportunities to continuously improve our delivery model and advance the retrocommissioning field as a whole.
San Diego Retrocommissioning Program
Since launching the pilot program in 2004, PECI has
delivered cost-effective energy savings to San Diego Gas & Electric Company customers. Current program goals include over 12,000,000 kWh in energy savings. Learn more.

For cost-effective energy savings, Southern California Edison customers can rely on us. Leveraging our proven retrocommissioning approach of delivering results, we aim to achieve energy savings of over 23,000,000 kWh. Learn more.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District Retrocommissioning Program
Our retrocommissioning success across the state of California led the Sacramento Municipal Utility District to select PECI to manage a retrocommissioning program that currently aims to achieve over 3,000,000 kWh in energy savings. Learn more.
Building Tune-Up and Operations (BTO) Program
From 2005-07, PECI Worked closely with Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc. implementing the BTO Program which included several retrocommissioning projects, follow-up services for building tune-ups, and boiler tune-ups. Learn more.
