SMUD RCx Program
The SMUD Retrocommissioning Program is PECI’s newest large commercial program offering. The Program launched in January 2008 and is helping commercial building owners in the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) territory save energy and money through retrocommissioning. PECI’s program staff will be working closely with SMUD account representatives and their customers to implement as many as 20 retrocommissioning projects over the next two years. In total, the Program aims to retrocommission approximately 3.5 million square feet and save more than 4 million kilowatt hours.
