Final Evaluation, Monitoring, and Verification (EM&V) Report for the EnergySmart Grocer Program 2004-2005, by PWP Inc.
This report presents the Evaluation, Monitoring, and Verification (EM&V) of the 2004-2005 Energy Smart Grocer (ESG) Program, implemented by PECI to provide information, technical assistance, and financial incentives for independent grocers to purchase and install energy-efficient refrigeration, lighting and HVAC systems.

Review of Recent Commercial Rooftop Unit Field Studies in the Pacific Northwest and California
New Buildings Institute contracted with Northwest Power and Conservation Council (NW Council) to collect data from previously completed research projects, field tests, and programs in the Northwest and around the country, synthesize those results, and identify recommended next steps.

American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy
The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy is a non-member, non-profit organization that works to advance energy efficiency with the goal of promoting both economic prosperity and environmental protection by addressing the following sectors: Energy Policy, Building and Equipment, Utilities, Industry and Agriculture, Transportation, International, and Communications and Conferences. 

The Food Marketing Institute
The Food Marketing Institute is comprised of over 1500 member companies – including food retailers and wholesalers – which collectively represent over 75% of all retail food stores in the US. The Institute provides programs in research, education, industry relations, and public affairs to its member multi-store chains, regional firms, and independent supermarkets.

Edison Electric Institute
The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) is the association of US shareholder-owned electric companies and represents over 70% of the US electrical power industry in legislative and regulatory arenas. The EEI also produces a number of publications on topics including consumer and education resources, energy policy, technical information, and statistics from the industry.

Regional Organizations
Northwest Power and Conservation Council
The Council develops and maintains a regional power plan, including a 20-year forecast, and a fish and wildlife program to balance the Northwest's environment and energy needs. The Council also provides education programs and works to protect and rebuild disturbed populations in the Columbia River Basin.
