“Doing the undone.” That’s what Lisa loves most about her work and how she describes the results produced by PECI. Thinking beyond the ordinary is a skill Lisa applies daily to her work. Her effective leadership style and strong communication skills empower and inspire her team to achieve innovative solutions. Most notably is her ability to identify, develop and then promote talent within PECI. It is fulfilling for her to see people grow personally, as well as influence the company in great ways and she is committed to making it happen.
Lisa is highly recognized for the level of expertise and leadership she brings to the development, design and implementation of large-scale promotions, sales and marketing strategies along with public relations and training initiatives in the residential energy efficiency arena.
She is extremely committed to the success and growth of PECI both operationally and from a client program delivery standpoint and enjoys exploring the current opportunities while applying sound financial and business planning to support this growth.
A Hawaii transplant, Lisa has a love of the outdoors and when not at work (although rare...) can be found with friends and family or just hanging out with her St. Bernard Maggie.
